Our Mission:
To reduce the impact of poverty by providing individuals with skills, education and training as well as resources needed in career development.  To identify and address the lack of employment opportunities and work to reduce such barriers in order to encourage self-sufficiency in today's society.

How We Assist:
We assist ex-offenders find employment with companies and we accomplish this through our education, training and career development program.  We also obtain a strong relationship with companies that welcome ex-offenders to succeed in employment opportunities.
